“Biderup” is the motto that Scott Rickey has adopted in his auction business.  Scott is a local auctioneer/realtor who resides in the Bourneville area with wife Gayla and two daughters.  He is a 44 year resident of Ross County and a 1983 graduate of Chillicothe High School.  Scott holds a Business Management degree from Ohio University, received his Real Estate Sales License from Hondros, attended the Ohio Auction School in Groveport and served his auctioneer/apprenticeship under Scott Loeser of Toledo, Ohio. 

Scott has been selling Real Estate and holding auctions since the summer of 2003, he owns and operates “Rickey Auctioneering” and is also a Correction Officer at RCI. 

Scott joined the Exit First Capital Realty team where he is marketing Real Estate and leading the auction division as an independent contractor.
