Bill has been an award winning REALTOR® since first getting his real estate license in November, 2002.  Bill received his Broker's license in July of 2005.Bill is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, and the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS®.  Having been the President of the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS in 2008, Bill is currently the Treasurer on the board for 2009.    In Addition, Bill is a member of the Board of Directors for the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, and serves on the Ohio Professional Development Committee and the Business Technology Committee.Bill started the EXIT First Capital Realty Franchise in Chillicothe in January 2008.  His goal is to provide complete, professional, and enthusiastic service to all real estate owners and buyers.Bill attends education, state and local conferences and the national conventions on a yearly basis.  His goal is to stay on top of the industry and be tops in his field.
