September is Here!

With the beautiful fall weather around us, it is a perfect time to start looking for a new home.   Interest Rates are still low, homes are plentiful!

Don't forget you have until November to get in on the First Time Homebuyer Stimulus where you could get back up to $8,000!!

Some Great HUD Homes on the market.

There are some great deals on HUD homes in our market.   Some will qualify for FHA financing.  Now is the time to buy a home at a super low price and you can get in on the Stimulus $8000 rebate if you act now!
