Bill and Suzanne Leib did an exhaustive search to find just the right franchise that was an industry leader and could offer more opportunities than the traditional real estate franchise.  After weighing several options, they felt that EXiT was exactly what they were looking for.

December 2007, Bill and Suzanne purchased the EXiT franchise.

February 2008, Bill Leib, Broker/Franchisee and Suzanne Leib, Franchisee opened the Chillicothe EXiT office to provide real estate owner and buyers with services that are professional, reliable, enthusiastic, and on the cutting edge of technology.  Naming the franchise EXiT First Capital Realty seemed important and in honor of Chillicothe being the first capital in the state of Ohio.

March 2008, Bob Westfall joins EXiT First Capital Realty as a licensed real estate agent.

April 2008, Selected to be a Local Listing Broker (LLB) for the sale of HUD owned homes in the Scioto Valley area.

May 2008, Donna Bevens joins EXiT First Capital Realty as a licensed real estate agent.

June 2008, Candace Shoultz joins EXiT First Capital Realty as a licensed real estate agent.

September 2008, Bob Westfall is recognized as one of "Tomorrow's Leaders Today" by the Ohio Association of REALTORS®.

September 2008, Bob Westfall and Bill Leib attended the Ohio Association of REALTORS® convention in Columbus, Ohio.

September 2008, We held our Grand Opening Ceremony which included a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce.  In attendence was the Chamber, Bob Shoultz, President of the City Council and Mayor Joe Sulzer.   Extremely well attended by clients, affiliates, and local REALTORS®.

October 2008, Bill and Suzanne Leib attended the EXiT Realty International convention in Nashville, TN

November 2008, Bill and Suzanne Leib attended the National Association of REALTORS® convention in Orlando, FL

December 2008, Scott Rickey joins EXiT First Capital Realty not only as a licensed real estate agent, but also an auctioneer, opening up new opportunities and options for selling homes.

June 2009, Bill is name the "REALTOR® of the Year" for 2009 by the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS®.

July 2009, Suzanne announces the "Annual Benefit Auction"  will be Saturday, September 12th at 1 PM in the parking lot at our office.   This year's beneficiary will be Worthington School's "Pink Shoes Club".  See more on our Annual Benefit Auction page.

September 12, 2009, The annual Benefit Auction was held at our office and was a huge success!  People were both generous with their donations and purchases.  A huge thanks to all who donated and attended!!

September 18, 2009, Bill was elected Treasurer of the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS for the year 2010.

September 25, 2009, Check for $3805 was presented to the Worthington School Pink Shoes Club.

September 28 - October 3, 2009,  Bill and Suzanne attended the Exit International Convention in Washington DC at the Gaylord National Hotel.

December, 2009, Bill is elected to the Chillicothe-Ross Chamber of Commerce Board of Directores for 2010.

December, 2009, Bill received a Sales Award for outstanding sales in 2008-2009.

December, 2009, Scott and Bill have been Certified by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Short Sales / Foreclosure Resource.  They now hold the NAR SFR Designation.

February, 2010, Brian Roush joins Exit First Capital Realty as a licensed Real Estate Agent.

February, 2010 Exit First Capital Realty earns the EcoBroker and EcoAssociate Designations.

May, 2010 Tracy Welch joins Exit First Capital Realty as a licensed Real Estate Agent.

June, 2010 Exit First Capital Realty joins the Columbus MLS

July, 2010 Brian Roush, REALTOR is name the "Tomorrow's Leader Today" by the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS and will be honored by the Ohio Association of REALTORS at their annual convention in September.

July 2010 Bill Leib is named "REALTOR of the Year" by the Scioto Valley Assocation of REALTORS for the second straight year.  Bill will be honored at the annual convention in September by the Ohio Association of REALTORS.
